They would not listen to the issues I was trying to get corrected once again I was put in front of a judge with a mixed up file of info that even held soc security number of my ex as if his number was mine and mine his they changed my info for his info and still put it in front of judge would not correct one mistake they entered in my file the judge had a very high approval rate for approval of almost every case that she has precided over not even the phone number that was sent that the phone hearing was to take place on turn out to be correct (call will come from ...but yet it did not show up either of the two ways stated in letter from both att and her office ) and I was told by judge to give her a little time her office was slow but yet even with all holidays I received a disapproval of claim in less than thirty days quickest decision I have ever heard of or gotten and was just told by attorney case closed could not help me even to file a appeal or anything I feel that it should all be looked into for scheme and fraudulent activity and I know from trying since 2005 to straight this mess out that once again I will be the only person investigated and they will want another mental evaluation after the numerous times I have been through their evaluation and been turned down because I did not meet required condition to deem me incapacitated .everyone knows have to have updated and current medical history this lawyer stated my medical history was strong and the case should not be hard to get approval.my current medical records entered by this office had me a male on every lab work it entered and other than maybe 5 visit s to a health dept that stated I was a male they would not listen when I said they was missing documents about my physical health the main reason I can

I'll tell anybody who is trying to get disability or any federal help be patience it takes almost two years and lots of doctors notes and lots of doctors appointments. Kirkendall is a awesome law firm and they will get what you deserve!!!! Cuz I was just awarded fully favorable decision!!!

This firm is an absolute joke. Please do not waste your time. They will do absolutely nothing for you. All they did was waste my time. Never returned phone calls, my lier said a total of two words at my hearing "yes and no" that was it. If I could say one word about these people it would be, Garbage. Use someone who will fight for you. These people will make sure you do not get approved.

Been waiting for number of years . They don’t return calls my case was supposed to have been settled for a low amount for what I went through. Signed all paperwork via document sign and was supposed to get a check . As of today the receptionist was rude hung up On me and still have got no call back nor have I got my check. I’ve left multiple voicemails and none returned. Steer clear if You’re smart

The biggest mistake I ever made was to get involved with this law firm. Can get them to even call back. Stay clear of this firm. Been through reassigned multiple case managers over the last 4 years. Lastest doesn't ever speak English very well.
