Kleinfeld made my wedding experience one I will never forget . Started back in 2019 when I said yes to the dress and met Randy that day. They were so accommodating after having to postpone from 1.2.21 to 1.8.22. My dress was everything I could of ever dreamt of! 10/10 recommend! My alterations came out perfect and Lorena was amazing !

I loved my experience at Kleinfeld. It felt like every person I met wanted me and my guests to feel like they were having the best day ever, and we did! My consultant really understood what I was looking for but never pressured or pushed the sale. When it came to purchasing a dress, I had some questions/concerns about shipping and they made sure to address all my concerns and offered some additional help to ease my mind. Just a wonderful experience at every turn. I wondered if this place was going to be able to live up to the hype, and it absolutely did!

My experience here was great. You NEED to make an appointment in advance, which I did months ago. When I arrived, there were many other brides and family members waiting around. There is a notice if they’re filming by the front door and a wall with Kleinfeld wall paper to the left that’s great for pictures. I was assigned a bridal consultant fairly quickly, within 10 minutes. I was taken to a private room where my consultant, Antonella Bruno, asked me a few quick details about my wedding and what I was looking for. I had a specific dress in mind so she went to grab it. The room has a pedestal, a fan, some water, 2 chairs, and a robe to change into it. I left on my underwear but removed my bra. Antonella came back with my dress and we all immediately knew it was The One! However, I wanted to be sure and tried on 2 other dresses. I went with the first dress and Antonella went to get the manager. The manager arrived and had me take off the dress and put on my bra so she could get measurements. I then read and signed a variety of paperwork before being escorted to their checkout area. Once there, Antonella departed from us and we finished checking out. I only spent about an hour there though appointments are 90 minutes. I did not feel pressured or rushed, though they were very busy! They had 70 appointments that day! I did also try on accessories like a veil and crown with my dress. I personally can’t justify spending 2k on accessories alone but it was nice to see the look. Overall, a very pleasant experience and I’ll be back for my alterations!

I've had the pleasure of accompanying my friend (who's the bride) to Kleinfeld's a few times now. It's always fun coming here and feeling like you're living in "Say Yes to the Dress." The staff are generally all very friendly and accommodating (we like to think we're pretty low maintenance). We came recently for her first fitting, and she was paired with Josephine who was SO good. Josephine was incredible nice and skilled. It was impressive watching her put the pins in the dress so quickly and reshape the train. Looking forward to the second fitting and working with Josephine again!

This was my first time at Kleinfeld Bridal. The consultant was very nice and did reach out to my friend prior the appointment. Unfortunately some of the dresses we wanted to see were not available but we managed to try something else on, although not exactly the style we were looking for. The fitting room was the official one from the series "Say yes to the dress". The space in person is smaller than in tv but there are dresses everywhere...you can get lost after a while. We did not find the dress unfortunately but I would recommend to check it out if you are starting to look for your wedding dress. Just be aware you might have to schedule more than one appointment to find your dress.
