I hired Mr. Nussey as my attorney in an extremely trying time. My ex-wife decided that she was going to move to another state with my two children and there was nothing that I could do to stop her. Her move was imminent, and we literally had 24 hours to react before she left the state. I met Mr. Nussey at 7am the next morning after our consultation to review my case (two hours before his practice opens). I sat in the office that morning as he crafted approximately a 50-page document. In that document, he filed a stop order (basically preventing my ex from leaving the state with the children), primary custody, rights to the house that I lost in the divorce, child support and lawyer fees. To make a long story short, I am now the primary custodial parent, I have regained my home that I lost in the divorce and I was awarded child support and lawyer fees. Mr. Nussey made a miracle happen when the odds were stacked against me. He is truly dedicated to his job and makes me feel like I am his only client. If you are looking for the best, look no further! Because of Mr. Nussey's devotion, my children are now living in a stable environment and my family has never been happier. At this law firm, they go above and beyond for you.
