The paralegal insulted me and implied that what was wrong with my mom was my fault. The doctors and nurses all say I take excellent care of her and she’s lucky to have me. Also she’s rude and hateful acting. Strings you along for a month making think the case will be accepted and then nasty tells you off.
Never even got off the ground with them. We were treated like a commodity. Sent in our info. and just got a standard form rejection letter. Expect a referral to the Bar Assoc. 800 number with no explanation.
