Koontz & Associates

This is my second private house purchase with them. They allowed me to forgo the Realestate agent. I understand the process and relied on them to fill any gaps. I would use them in the future for sure. There was a issue with the wire from BOA, not there fault. Although Jeremy Nichols helped out and kept everything together with the sellers while BOA sorted it out. He was fantastic. I am going to now try there accounting services and see how Jo Ann can help. I have attended many of there webinars that are free.
