I rarely take the time to write reviews, but I definitely took the time to write this one. Richard is not only a stellar attorney, but an honorable man. HIGHLY RECOMMEND. From cradle to grave, Richard had exceptional communication, attention to detail and professionalism. His extensive knowledge and decades of experience provided me with realistic expectations and scenarios of what could and was likely to occur throughout the process. He didn’t just tell me what I wanted to hear… He was fully transparent, told me the truth and the reality of the facts surrounding my case. I had my case handled by attorney Richard Kopelman and his paralegal, Anne and this office is amazing. Their goal is to do whats best for their clients. Mr. Kopelman is very caring, respectful, knowledgable and genuine. Living in Atlanta there are hundreds of law firms but not all law firms will make you feel at ease. Throughout the course of my case he continued to reassure me that my incident wasn't my fault and continued to ask about my well being. I am originally from a small town and this law office give you a small town feel. I felt like I was speaking with a neighbor or family friend and we could discuss any topic (i.e., Life, family, politics and well being). This office works for their clients and they care. As I mentioned before almost a year ago, Richard and Anne did a great job maxing out my liability settlement, but they didn't quit there because Richard believed my my case was worth more than the liability coverage, so Richard pursued an underinsured motorist claim for me with my insurance company. I was REALLY discouraged when the first offer was only $500 but Richard was persistent and got me what I wanted, even a little more. I really appreciate everything Richard and Anne did for me and that they were willing to keep fighting even when the insurance companies was unreasonable.
