I am surprised they are able to call themselves lawyers. They are a glorified collection agency that is a "law firm" that royally screwed up. CFPB and FTC here I come. Complaint filed.

I made a request to inspect documents to HOA because the HOA had previously removed over 100k (six withdrawals) from its reserve fund during a two year period without having made any reference to these deductions in its board meeting minutes. KSN attorney Josh Weinstein emailed stating that HOA actual cost for producing these records for my inspection would be $1200 and then followed up with a certified letter (not referencing the $1200) scheduling a five-day period bickening me to report to the management company to inspect those records without considering my availability or asking me whether I could afford to pay $1200 to inspect records that the contract between the HOA and the management company states that the management company is required to keep on site for five years. KNS apparently does not attempt to resolve disputes but instead appears to thrive on and encourage litigation between owners and HOAs.

This law firm is ONLY concerned with Billable hours. And their billable hours are questionable. I found many discrepancies between their billing and the record of time stamped calls and emails in my records. They have NO regard for clients they simply want $$$. BEWARE!

Collectors, not law firm.

Horrible law firm. Heartless unethical bastards. They don't accept settled payments for debt collection so that they can ding more fees on top. They also don't respond to anything in order to make more money and drag out the time.nnThey are not knowledgeable and are crooks! Only good for people who want to break the law and make money through legal loopholes! Hope they burn in hell!
