I was selling my house and I was refereed to Peter from my realtor, From the start Peter knew what had to be done and delivered on the day of closing. The transaction turned out to be a little bit complex than expected but he communicated well with buyers Attorney and handled the transaction smoothly. This attorney does not respond on transactions to other attorney's. He caused and delayed a cash sale for 2 months to only avoid the true fact, his client did not have the funds to close. His practice is a prime example as to you why real estate is so difficult. He has no ethics or care for people involved in a transaction with the amount of money lost when he's not being honest about the situation. He used his legal license to delay closing long enough for me to lose thousands of dollars. Please retire. I will be forwarding a complaint to the bar.
