Excellent experience. As a real estate agent, I work with many attorneys and closing companies. They represented my client (the buyer) and did the closing. Everything went so smoothly, I barely had to do anything. This may be the first transaction where I didn't even have to talk directly with the lender. Also, Lydia works 24/7. If I write an email to her at 2am, I get a reply by 2:15am. It's amazing. Bonus: unlike my previous favorite title company, these folks have offices EVERYWHERE in MA. Probably within a short drive of the property. I cannot speak highly enough of this company and the attorney with whom I worked on this transaction!

We just closed on our new home yesterday at Kriss Law with Attorney Rahul Aggarwal. I cannot say enough great things about Rahul and the entire staff we interacted with at Kriss Law! Rahul provided valuable insight and clarity on a number of questions we had even before the actual closing. Through no fault of Kriss Law, we had a hair-raisingly tense and highly fraught closing on our home purchase... but one of the few saving graces was David Cuttler and the Kriss Law team. This was our first time working with them but we cannot recommend David highly enough and will refer friends to this group going forward.
