From start to finish - not a good experience on any front. Slow to respond. Didn't file paperwork as requested. Did not advocate for what was in our best interest or at our request. All this (and more) led to serious issues with our case, which led to severe financial issues & personal trauma. Other activities also took place that can't be discussed on this public forum at this time, but will be added when free to do so. I'd recommend doing your due diligence & going elsewhere.
