If there were 10 stars, Kruse Law would get my vote! We met Atty Kruse at a Estate learning seminar attended by 15 or so residents put on by community education in our area, a well spent $6 we found later. One hour later and we had many questions answered by Ms Kruse about Trusts, Wills and Probate. Day later we emailed Atty Kruse and set up an appt for our free 1 hour consultation to explain our needs for a Trust to avoid costly probate for our beneficiaries after we are gone. A free hour later after explaining our complicated situation with both my wife and I, ie having children from other marriages, , previous divorce, etc, Ms Kruse made us feel very at ease that all of our complicated past could easily be resolved in a Trust document to protect our intended beneficiaries and yet avoid challenges to our estate by unnecessary Probate Court after we are gone. Atty Kruse was very genuine on her fee schedule and the costs and I have to say, that the fee (one flat fee regardless of time for our situation) was 40% less than I found charged by other Estate attorneys who use para legals to do most of the initial work instead of dealing directly with the Atty. We dealt 100% with Ms Kruse. That is what made our minds up! We would be dealing with Atty Kruse directly during all back and forth communiques (emails back and forth and no unnecessary meetings) as the Trust Instrument was put together brick by brick. There was never a time during the time it took to develop the Trust document and pour over Wills that Ms. Kruse ever became impatient. At the end of the project, we spent 1 hour with Atty Kruse going over the 18 page Trust Instrument page by page answering any and all of our questions and her explaining in explicit detail what each paragraph meant. Same for each of pour over Wills. We also updated our Power of Attorney and Medical Directives which were included within the flat fee. And to top it off, Atty Kruse perfected a Quit Claim deed for us so we could file with the County and place our home within the Trust, and a 3 page step by step instructions on how to "fill the Trust bucket with our assets) all of this included in the flat fee we paid. Sorry for the lengthy review but we got a lot of bang for our buck, no headaches, no surprises, and instead we now have peace of mind that we have avoided Probate Court for our loved ones after we are gone. Atty Kruse deserves the kind words. You won't go wrong here!
