Terrible.... can't even get a call back. I guess my $40k a month in shipping isn't good enough for your buisness..... they used to be great but now you can't even call and get a human- it's all automated and for 10min and then sends you to some voice-mail nobody will ever check- they are bad- don't bother.

For look wise you would think you came to the best place where people will tell you how it is, but wasn’t true at all, shipped my first container with them and won’t do it EVER again, was totally misinformed about booking, and now after 1 month delay already only thing they have to say to me is “we have no power on anything”. Prepaid for shipping and did everything i was told but they actually didn’t do anything they told me, every week my shipment is getting delayed and they just have nothing to say, after charging double of the price they should be responsible for shipment but they just letting it be and telling me the shipment will get there when it gets there, and that’s totally ridiculous because for such a big company to have this kind of bad service is just insane, will never have my business with them ever again and please save your money and time going to them unless you want to go through the same thing i am.

K+n warehouse in aurora illinios looks like a Tornado went thru the place...product stack up sooo high that you cant find the customer product....Heavy boxes on top of small boxes ..its a SHAME !!!
