Casey is an expert in HOA Real Estate law. He is my go to guy. Any legal questions I have, are directed to Casey. His prices are reasonable and he always tells me when the Board should come to an amicable solution without getting attorneys involved. He is personable, yet aggressive. This quality is hard to find in a HOA attorney in light of the current public view of HOA attorneys as the "Big Bad Wolf" I have found that most HOA attorneys are scared to show the teeth of the HOA and in turn the HOAs suffer.

We are now the new board of directors, plus we hired a new management company. Our Condo Association is all 372 of ours, not like it used to be with regard to owner's rights.
