Adam Nach is a slimy dishonest greedy BK lawyer. He is all about the billings and more billings and screwing the creditors. He reneges on contracts, refuses to settle as it will deprive him and his firm of creditor money. He will drag out a falsely filed no merit no substance lawsuit for ever or until all the creditors money is stolen in fees. His firm falsely files Notice of Defaults and has stolen hundreds of thousands of dollars from creditors on insider trading where he uses his wife as the realtor and clients to buy the property. Stay away from this firm as they are a bunch of crooks, liars and insider traders. If you are a creditor kiss your money goodbye as you will never see it again. Be warned AVOID THIS FIRM
