Do not choose them for your services. The last date to file a Federal Individual 1040 is October 15. Firm was unprepared to e-file my return past the April 15th deadline. Down side? I had to wait longer for a my refund. Looking for a professional firm? Go somewhere else! nAlso, I was consistently told that the return would be completed 'soon'. Well, soon was at least 2 months later after ALL proper documentations were submitted. If you advertise that you've been in this profession for 30 years and could possibly have it turned around in the same day, I believe there should be a sense of urgency to complete it within 48 hours. I did not receive the level of service as expected of them. This is the exact service that occurred over a period of two years. The only reason I stayed with them because I did not a have a choice since my company paid for it. nnMark my words, the worst firm to work with!
