The worst...he should be disbarred. Took my money quick enough ($1000.00) for a simple name change that he said would take 45 days to complete. It took 1 year and only because I did the work for him. I talked to him one time. He nor his staff would not return phone calls and insisted I contact him by email, which I did. He (they) kept sending me paperwork to start the process again and again. What a waste of time and money. My experience with him was frustrating to say the least. This was a simple name change. Can't imagine him doing anything complicated. Report him to the bar??? He is not worth my time or energy.

SO far all of the reviews seem right on target. This guy is a joke. He got himself slapped around by the Federal Magistrate today. Seems he tried to collect money that wasn't owed to him and he found out the Magistrates aren't quite as weak kneed as the divorce court gang!nIn his favor, he was able to keep from wetting himself while being addressed by the judge!nGo ahead David, say this didn't happen. All anyone has to do is check the case under my name.

It has been a few years now since I made the HORRIBLE decision in choosing this man as my divorce attorney. Going through such a horrible situation at the time & dealing with an ex that was addicted to drugs, I sat there sobbing while he suggested my ex-husband (after 7 years of marriage) have custody rights over my son. HELLO!?!! There is a reason I don't want him to have any rights to my child! He is a horrible, sleazy attorney who is just after your money. If you are expecting ANY kind of empathy from this man over your case - forget about it. He will only make your life 100x worse than what it may already be! I've never received a dime of child support from my ex-husband & have since gone to another attorney to take away all of my exes legal rights. My advice is to listen to these reviews & find a better attorney out there!!!

PLEASE READ!! I recently received services from Mann Law Firm & I walk away favored from my divorce case. HOWEVER, it was no help from this law firm that got me there. David Mann & his whole office are the most unorganized, unprofessional legal team I have ever seen, not to mention their appearance & customer service. I paid in full the first day I walked in there, for a legal team that had to correct so many simple mistakes they made, & re-do paperwork that they lost or did incorrectly, as well as for a lawyer that showed up late & unprepared. I paid more out of pocket to make those corrections on the mistakes they made & when I told David Mann of my concerns directly, he assured me that there wouldn't be any more. HOWEVER, the very next day it was as if we never talked & the mistakes kept coming to a point where they had me do my own leg work because they couldn't get it correct after 4 times which in turn delayed my hearing a month. Their lack of communication between each other & their clients is their downfall as well as David's lack of control of his office personnel & how they handle cases in a timely manner. David never remembers to whom he speaks with or what about. After working with him for 3 months, the day of my hearing he looked at me & asked me what my situation was. Are you kidding me!!! How do you represent someone & not even know why!!! I would NEVER use this firm again & highly suggest NO ONE EVER DOES!!! Read your reviews before you hire ANY attorney! So disappointing!
