I recently did some Estate planning with the Cox Law Group. I could not be more pleased with the results. While I was doing my research, Cynthia Cox took the time to fully explain the strategies we would be implementing. She laid everything out in an email and was available by phone to fully explain every detail and answer my many questions. Once I retained the Cox Law firm I worked with Cynthia and her associate Dawn Hartman. Dawn was great. She was knowledgeable, efficient and responsive. I have worked with Cynthia Pollock (Cox) for many years. I found that she is the most knowledgeable attorney in the Trust field. She helped me with my father's Trust which included 11 beneficiaries from an extended family. She also advised me on a Special Needs Trust. I interviewed several attorneys on the SNT but I found Cynthia to be the most knowledgeable one. Anyone can write/produce a Trust. You need an expert to make sure that it is done right and there will be no problem in the execution of it.

Cynthia and her team helped me handle my Mom’s estate both before and after her passing. The estate was complicated by Medicaid planning originating in another state. Cynthia and her team made the whole process understandable and straightforward to deal with. I would recommend her and her team for all estate issues.
