Law Ofc Steven A Booska

This guy has no clue what's going on. We hired him as our attorney on a collections case, but he just seemed puzzled and argumentative all the time. We waited A YEAR for progress on this, and it never advanced. He kept saying they were waiting on the courts, but after multiple phone calls and emails to the court, we found none of this was true.

While unsuccessfully attempting to sue me for money I did not owe their client, this office thought it necessary to call the DMV and have them suspend my license - all because I did not owe them and refused to pay one cent to them. I received the notice of suspension at the same time I received the document stating they realized I owed them nothing and were backing off. I dealt with unceasing harassment from this office and I thought it was over but they have persisted. Booska is a horribly demeaning lawyer, speaking to me like a child, and has an incredibly rude associate named C. Horner - whom I assume is his debt collector.

This fraud of an " lawyer " failed to notify the court ,after i paid the full amount owed. .The Lake County Court sent Two Sheriffs Deputies to arrest me for. FAILURE TO APPEAR WARRANT . IF I DIDNT HAVE THE Copy of SIGNED Affidavits from this hack I would hvve gone to jail because of his Incompetence.

Clueless ambulance chaser. Riddled with frivolous conduct, malpractice and abuse of court rules. This guy is a clown of an attorney.

Just got a hold on my bank account from theses ppl I’m in Los Angeles county and there in San Francisco.. they mentioned some company or watever it is that I’ve never heard of Got my money taken from my bank with no notice , seriously .. someone is about to get sued..
