I was referred to this law firm over 4 months ago in regard to elderly abuse. I spoke with Julia, who seemed compassionate about my father's passing and the issue of having all his valued jewelry stolen from the nursing home when he passed. I sent her ALL the information she needed to get the case going... for months now I have been patiently waiting to here about the case. I contacted and emailed the firm over a dozen times with maybe one reply from Julia. This morning I called to hear from the receptionist that they decided not to take the case! Four months later no call back from the original contact that was so passionate about our loss. Four months! My understanding was this was going to be an easy case, now my family has to start all over retaining an attorney, while opening up emotional wounds that are at times unbearable. No closure thanks to this firm.
