I was placed in the "INCOMPETENT HANDS" of holly deveaser by Herman and she literally stole my money. She incorrectly filed an Eviction case as a Wrongful Detainer against a "Tenant for Years", and tried to have me find a new Attorney before the case even got to Trial, with no refund offered. She also took $250 of extra money I put in the Firm's control to handle my case and she stole it claiming that she did extra filing, but the case was bungled before it even happened! She could have re-filed the case and never even tried, sent me on my way with a $750 bill for nothing but wasted time and grief! Stay Away from this Firm!

Best lawyer I have worked with! I was originally had a different lawyer for a car accident but he dropped me because it was "a tough case to win." But Mr. Herman took the case and still got me a great settlement. He was very professional and obviously knows what he's doing. If you have a car accident or need a lawyer for anything , Mike is definitely the man to see

I would never ever do business with this law firm ever again! They took 9 months to settle a case that they promised would be quick because I was suing my own insurance company! They lack communication! The worst part of it all is the lawyer took a fee out of the pip coverage when he did nothing to recover the money! He took a percentage out of money that was paid directly to the doctor! That’s just plain greedy! Beware!

Michael Herman is very deceptive, think twice before you use him or any of his attorneys. Tries to swindle money without doing any work. Think Twice!
