I have been in accidents before and this is the worst lawyers office in Baltimore city! I was never called with updates about my case the entire time. I finally called after five months and was rudely informed that some cases can take years to get resolved. They sent me a letter in April stating that it may take another 60 days but now I’m in late August and their saying another week (maybe). No one at this firm has good customer service. Oh, and last but not least they sent me to Belair Rehab ( a few doors down from Bank of America) and they had one issue after another which push my treatment back about two weeks, then had the Audacity to over charge for my treatment. I would never use nor recommend either of this businesses again. If you want your money in a reasonable time frame DON’T USE CHRIS BRANNIGAN’S LAW OFFICE!!! I only gave the star cause I had to in order to post.

Whenever I needed assistance no matter small or large or just consultation, I have been handled very professionally and settlements were completed very timely. Much respect.... I recommend his expertise anytime. His staff was very efficient.

Don’t do it. His paralegals are dumb as hell and will give you bad information. Not sure how he is as a lawyer but the terrible vetting process is bad for business. Unorganized and I’ll informed

They are the worst Law office in Maryland. They don’t return phones, they don’t answer the phone. They have switched my paralegal about 4 times. They are never on the same page, they say one thing and do another. They’ve asked me to fax my papers over like twice. So unorganized. If I could give them 0 stars I would.
