I made a terrible mistake choosing Rowen Young to make an irrevocable trust. There was nothing complicated about. I went through a divorce with my husband, and rather than sale the home we owned I decided to allow him to stay in the home as long as he agreed to putting the home in an irrevocable trust, so that our children would inherit it upon our death. We spoke to Rowen about drafting the trust in way that would allow Vance to continue to live in our home. This was what was agreed upon in our divorce settlement. My son paid Rowen in full for a trust that we still don’t have; nearly a year later! Terrible communication and unprofessional..
