Law Offfice David Siegel

When I first came to this company for help, the staff was very tentative and communicative. David Siegel himself even spoke with me twice when I needed him to, but now I'm not sure what has changed but I have called the Wheeling, IL office several times requesting help with an issue I am having and I have not received a call back or any reply to my emails. This is not what I ever excepted form this company but I guess since they have their portion of their attorney fees from my case, that I am not just another case number. Sad that messages were taken for me twice and I was told Mike is the attorney in charge of my case and he has not reached out to me. Be mindful that I sent the email about a month ago as well as called and recently called again about 2 weeks ago, and guess what??---still no reply. Very disappointing to say the least.
