Mr Moreno was an amicus selected to oversee my child custody situation. This man is thorough, focused, and takes this work very seriously. He is highly highly skilled at what he does and leaves no stone unturned. After all of the discovery he did during my case, the truth came out and justice prevailed. I was hesitant to hire Mr.Morreno due to negative reviews but I proceeded with Mr. Morreno as he was recommended by opposing counsel and endorsed by my family attorney, who had worked with him previously. However, my experience with Mr. Morreno proved to be deeply frustrating and ultimately unsatisfactory. From the outset, communication with Mr. Morreno was challenging, as he was often difficult to reach by phone. Recognizing the urgency of my situation, I personally visited his office during my lunch break to discuss my case. I provided detailed information regarding my concerns about my ex-partner, who is a registered sex offender with a history of drug use and a prolonged absence from our child's life. Despite being hired as an ad litem attorney, Mr. Morreno seemed to misunderstand his role and instead began acting as an amicus attorney, complicating matters unnecessarily. My daughter expressed her clear preference to not have contact with her father, making the situation straightforward. However, Mr. Morreno's confusion regarding his role resulted in prolonged delays and unnecessary complications. Efforts to rectify the situation, including attempts to remove Mr. Morreno from the case entirely, were met with resistance from the court, prolonging the ordeal further. Mr. Morreno's failure to coordinate crucial appointments, such as meetings with a forensic psychologist, resulted in additional delays and expenses.Throughout the process, Mr. Morreno's disorganization and apparent bias towards my ex-partner undermined the progress of the case. Despite my initial hopes for a favorable outcome, the matter ultimately did not proceed to trial, and I reluctantly settled for standard visitation. In hindsight, I believe that selecting a different attorney would have led to a more favorable outcome. Based on my experience, I cannot recommend Mr. Morreno's services.

One of the BEST attorneys I've ever worked with and I've used more than I ever thought I would need in my life time!! He is extremely knowledgeable and waste no time!!! He never hesitated to take my calls. If i needed to speak with him directly he was on the phone and even came to my home. I needed immediate assistance. I called him in the evening and he was in front of the judge first thing in the morning! I would use him again and recommend him to any body that needs a good attorney.

This guy is Terrible and dishonest, met with me and my son for about 20 minutes, then met with my ex wife over an hour. He overstepped his bounds by not giving facts but his opinion and made recommendations to the court. He was totally against anything my 14 yr old son was requesting specially my son wanting to live with me. Dennis stated my son was too immature to decide where he should live. If you have any value for your family keep this guy out!!! Fathers beware!!!

He was in no hurry to get to my case and I was charged 8000 dollars because of text messages and was bill for each one , which I inquired on the progress of my case. Then I had to remind him who I was . But don’t say sour grapes, because I went to a different lawyer who was in disbelief that Moreno would do such a thing. Gave him the exact same evidence and I got my son back plus cps had to pay in insurance and monthly payments.
