Law Office Kathy A Lowthorp

This was my first time ever needing assistance from an attorney!! I was extremely nervous and didn’t know what to expect! Not only is she down to earth and to the point, she also knows her stuff! Her staff is amazing and they make you feel confident in speaking your mind regardless of the situation. It had been a long two years that I overcame with the help of Kathy and her staff. I’m thankful to Jesus Christ for bringing Kathy in my life because now my case is dismissed and I’m able to start my healing journey with my son! So appreciative!! Thank you Kathy and staff!!

Upon trying to hire Kathy , the first time I was turned away for having a warrant, the second time my significant other TRIED To hire kathy but was turned away AGAIN because I was not present but an appointment was set. The third time I went in person with an appointment set at 3:30 , Which I arrived 30 minutes early. Upon arrival I was greeted with a warm welcome , which led me to believe the I was in the right place. Kathy workers were understanding , hospitable, and had excellent costumer service. Once we sat down and began talking , Kathy came in . At first it gave me hope, I seen the way she was fighting to push my court date but once I made a statement. Claiming I was led to believe I could make a down payment. Kathy starts raising her voice and flat out acting like a child. I expected professionalism but received a disrespectful tone and nasty remarks. After being yelled at for a couple minutes , I lowered my tone and attempted to talk with common sense. Only to be meet with a disrespectful tone as she raised her voice. Once we finally settled down I wanted my side of the story to be heard, " I only want to hire a lawyer and I will pay you in full tomorrow, I only wanted a lawyer not to experience disrespect. " Once Kathy heard those words she flipped and snatched the contract out my hands and ripped it. I was constantly misinformed and led to believe I was going to jail Unless I paid Kathy , Anyways I got a new lawyer for half the cost with a better outcome.

She recently got me out of a jam. I believe she could have got me out of the charge completely. By my choice I highly recommend her. I chose probation because I didn’t want to wait on a trial and I needed to get back to my wife. Thank you Kathy you’re AWESOME!!!

Kathy and her team are simply amazing. They devote their time and energy to meet your needs. Kathy is a lawyer that is willing to fight on your behalf. Her services are well worth any amount.
