I am unsure how this woman can sleep at night or look at herself in a mirror!! Because of this joke of an attorney who fails to communicate when we have sent well over 100 text, emails and numerous calls, my daughter was adopted OUT FRIDAY!! My case has been in appeal status!! I have lost my baby girl because of this woman. I'm wondering if she is on the payroll that the Federal Government paid CPS!! That is my only explanation. Please DONT TRUST THIS WOMAN WITH YOUR CASE, I'm going to the Supreme Court with this as I didn't get a fair trial or appeal.. I am Just heartbroken and lost for words.. how dare you play with peoples children and emotions.....your SICK and as I said before, there's a special place in HELL for you!!

DO NOT HIRE THIS WOMAN! SHE IS A HORRIBLE PERSON AND LAWYER!!!! She failed to ask for visitation rights for us, never returned calls, never contacted us, yelled at my husband because he didn't agree with CPS and later offered us a contract to not sue her or CPS if we drop the case and maybe that would give us a chance to see the child. She is a disgrace of a lawyer! It seems that she is payed off by CPS.

This woman is a joke. She never ever answers the phone, takes WEEKS to contact you back, missed every deadline the court had in place. She wasn’t even my lawyer and she cost me $4000 in legal fees because she wouldn’t respond to my ex husband, or my lawyer, or the courts regarding anything to do with our year long divorce so I was forced to pay my lawyer to do so. Two months after we went to court to get everything finalized and I’m still dealing with repercussions. She missed the original deadline to file the divorce paperwork, came extremely close to missing the second one and my child support is still in limbo because she isn’t professional enough to submit the paperwork. You’d be better representing yourself instead of choosing her

I’m really at a loss how Aletha can still have a Licence? Payed a year ago for a uncontested divorce she won’t return calls , text , emails she has made a situation so stressful and unnecessary ! Won’t respond ! Even won’t respond to other Attorneys on custody case??
