Jack Wisdom is a good mediator. I'm an employment lawyer. Over the last 20+ years, I have mediated with top notch mediators all over Texas and the U.S. Good mediators are hard to come by. Unfortunately, there's no rating system or a way to compare mediators unless you have the inside track. You write your check and you hope for the best. Jack is a good person, an excellent lawyer, and a very good mediator. Jack does not loose his cool. Jack treats the lawyers and the parties like adults. He knows the law so there's no time wasted while your mediator "catches up". Jack is a practicing business and employment lawyer so he has the credibility as a peer when he shares his opinion on what a Houston or Texas Judge would do if the case does not settle. I mediated with Jack last year and settled. No my case didn't settled at mediation. Yes, Jack did follow up with the parties after the failed mediation. He played a key role in bridging the gap between the parties in a non-nonsense but respectful way. I respect and and appreciate Jack's professionalism and efficiency. P.S.
