Unresponsive On Sep 28, 2023 I submitted a request for a free consultation via the webform on their website (upon submitting it, the webpage indicated the message went through). I included a very detailed description of the issue, which Microsoft Word indicates was 433 words in length. And of course provided my name and contact info. I heard nothing in any communication medium (email, phone, etc), so on Oct 4 my wife called to follow up. She left a message providing our name and phone number, and mentioning the electronic submittal on Sep 28. She requested a response. It's now Oct 10 and it is clear that they are not going to respond. I'm sure that this law firm does good legal work. But there's more than practicing law to running a law firm, and checking webform messages and voicemail messages and responding to inquiries is part of it. If they didn't think they could help us, and if they didn't want to extend the free consultation, the least they could've and should've done was communicate that to us, instead of ignoring us.
