I have never had an attorney I have not met face to face representing me before. This was the first time and had a really hard time getting any questions answered or better communication. The paralegals were unprofessional and rude. They are the ones you deal with mostly they pretty much run the office. If offered Uber, don’t take it because this comes out of your settlement. It is not a courtesy offered by the firm. Also, do not pay for anything out of your pocket especially prescriptions. I did and not only was I not reimbursed, but same amount was taken out of settlement. So, I was charged twice. Very disappointed with service!!!!

It can take awhile, but Savanah and the team will work their butts off to help you get what you deserve when you get slammed by someone else not paying attention. Thanks to the team for all your help!

I thoroughly appreciate the service I received with Andrew, Mitzi and his team. I would recommend them to anyone. Of course being in an accident is not good for anyone but the help they gave and the understanding we needed through the process was by far above the rest. All questions, concerns or anything I just wanted to know someone was always available for me to talk to. I just want to personally thank you all for all you done for my family and I.
