Law Office of Brian J. Cali

Brian Cali came highly recommended. After having a consult, he said he would take my case and I paid retainer and signed "contract". Contract stated that Brian may have other attorneys represent the client (not exact wording). I was under the impression this would be at times when he had a scheduling conflict. However, turns out Brian did not represent me or work with me from that point on. If i was told that at the time of the consult i would not have hired him. He provides the consultation, makes you feel confident and that you have a tough attorney on your side, then he gives your case to another attorney. He didn't provide guidance, answer emails, or even reply when I expressed my serious displeasure with the representation I was getting with the attorney he assigned to my case. Over 3 years later and i have been in and out of court for custody MANY times and have lost at every one. With the proper representation, i am confident things would have been different from the very beginning. I have provided evidence, arguments, questions, statements...my entire case in a binder and through email and none of it was used. I basically had no representation but was charged the rate for Brian. Kurt Lynott was the attorney assigned to my case and Brian Cali and his law office are for money only and will insure a case drags on endlessly and not care at all about a positive outcome for the client.

They will charge high fees and have a junior attorney go to court and lose your case

Brian j Cali and associates did not fight for me they only we’re concerned with money and delaying cases hired them on two separate cases only to tell me I’m Black and the system doesn’t favor me and I won’t get justice it was Kurt lynott who said I won’t get Justice he was a prosecutor for Lackawanna county I can’t imagine how many black people got injustice .Addition to review:approximately 10 days after this review I was arrested falsely and when I went to court Kurt lynot was there rolled his eyes at me and ran behind the DA to the Da office with a smirk court records and cameras don’t lie I will continue to fight for what is right documentary coming out everyone know anything else happens it was the cause of Brian j cali and associates

I went here for help, desperate, and Kurt Lynott ruined my life litterly betrayed me and helped my spouse! never hire them couldn't even stop a pfa after i was found 100% innocent and proved her a liar in criminal court. Oh and they'll rob you for everything 350 bucks to send a 2 word email

After feeling like a hit a wall with my previous attorney I had a consultation with the law firm and they advised me on what steps I should take. I retained them in 2017 and I can say that was one of the best decisions I have made for myself and my case. The attorneys at this law firm have always listened to what I have to say. My case hasn’t been the easiest, but it’s great to know I have the attorneys at this firm on my side.
