I’m only sharing my experience here because this custody case I’m involved in is seriously being taken as a joke. Mom abuses the (temp) court order in place Has been generating false reports, kids are under stress daily, NYPD does nothing when attempting to seek assistance on behalf of my sons, ACS involved and no help, etc. No one helps anyone any more these days. The issue with this firm is: The appointment was scheduled for initial consult The appointment was rescheduled due to “attorney had an urgent matter to handle” on the day of my appointment so I received a last minute call to reschedule. The day of my scheduled appointment, I receive a call, to remind the person who scheduled my time, what day/time since they forgot. (Meanwhile chuckling over the phone) And if Id like to continue with initial consult. I figured maybe it’s my budget? They don’t want to be bothered with my problem? They just didn’t want to even hear my case? Maybe it’s true. Moms get the biggest support, even if dad is a great dad, mom will get help. F the dad, right ?
