Unfortunately, Attorney Kent has partnered with our HOA management company. In an attempt to defuse a situation we're having with a neighbor, I called Attorney Kent on October 9, 2024 at 2:39 p.m. and left a 1-minute, 10-second voicemail. She never returned the call. On or about November 7, 2024 I received a letter via first class postage from Attorney Kent. The four-page letter did not acknowledge receipt of our voicemail message nor our concerns. The letter was grossly insulting, misrepresented the facts, and void of her obligation to investigate BOTH sides making the dispute resolution process unfair. I responded to Attorney Kent via email on November 8, 2024 and stated, "Ms. Kent, this letter serves as notice to cease and desist all further communication with us in regard to any matter. Any correspondence received from you or your office will be deemed harassment.” On November 26, 2024, I received another letter from Attorney Kent for which her professionalism continues to be in question, and her impulse to respond uncivilly is appalling.
The Law Office of Cynthia Hitt Kent are the best Law office in the entire world! I’m very satisfied with their job! The lawyer are the best and like to help her clients and giving advices and help! I really recommended her to all people ????????
DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY OR DO BUSINESS WITH THIS WOMAN! The communication is terrible. It is 2021, and her preferred method of communication is through fax! It is next to impossible to get her on the phone, her mail box doesn't work so you can't leave a message, she will flat out tell you not to email her because she is so backed up. I have sent her money that is currently (as I am writing this review) unaccounted for. Cynthia has an attitude and gets snippy when you are finally able to reach her. This is the most unprofessional "business" I have ever interacted with in my life.
Can never get them on the phone, no communication, sent them cashiers check and they have not returned my calls or faxes
