After seeking out several criminal defense/family law attorneys Daniel Whitehead, was the only attorney that was willing to help me. Daniel and his associates got me in for a consultation right away. He listened to my situation and offered to take me on as a client, because he so strongly believed in my innocence and knew what type of mental anguish and despair my prior employer caused me for no reason other than to shift blame and willfully try to ruin my reputation, so they didn't have to take any responsibility. Daniel and his associates worked hard for me and guided me through the entire process and was there every step of the way. I could not have asked God for a better attorney, who is willing to go above and beyond. I am so thankful for Daniel and his associates and I would recommend him and his firm to anyone in need everyday of the week and twice on Sunday. I am grateful that now I can start to take my life back, and put this terrible time in my life in my rear view.

I want to take a moment to personally thank Daniel Whitehead, Alan Miller and their tremendously patient and professional staff. I don't want to put my business out there, but I'll give you the redacted version. The family matter that DKW Law Office represented me on was difficult, complex, and emotionally cracked me to my core. I was in a great place in recovery, but the long battle had me in a very dark and lonely place in my heart and mind. Despite the challenges and various attorneys/interests and 3 letter agencies involved, Allan Miller walked into court multiple times and spoke on my behalf with confidence and persistence. He didn't have to be walked through details of the case before court, he came prepared and went to bat for me. Daniel Whitehead put LOTS of time in on this case, that I know personally he didn't have to. Mostly explaining things to me that I didn't understand but also sometimes just giving me words of encouragement and comfort. Lastly but definitely not least, the professionalism of the office staff. As I said before this case has been difficult, and I was a difficult client at times. It's hard to explain to people who haven't been through the wringer in family court the level of fear involved with the potential of Losing your rights to your child. Putting it lightly I wasn't myself at times and never once was the office rude or intentionally short with me no matter how unreasonable I sounded on the phone. Over 18 months later, I'm having regular visits with my daughter. I can't explain to people how hard a situation like this is or how hopeless it makes you feel inside but the bottom line is, Dan, Allen and the office never turned their back on me. Dan just helped out my mom with a consultation for her divorce. Being from Pittsburgh she didn’t know many attorneys in the area and he has hands down been the attorney she has talked to with the most helpful advice. He was honest; kind, and very understanding.
