When it came to the people who helped with getting the case together they were nice and helpful, but when it came to dealing with Rick McGuire he’s the most disrespectful and rudest person ever. He got my case mixed up with someone else’s then I tried to have a conversation over the phone with him wouldn’t even let me talk just kept yelling and when I finally was able to say something I asked is there a reason why he’s being so rude especially when I’m a client and was told I needed to find a new attorney. He would always send me letters insulting me, when I finally received my file I found out he stole $2,500 from me and won’t answer phone calls anymore all of a sudden.Would never recommend him to anyone disrespectful and unprofessional!

I would recommend this lawyer to anyone who was in a accident.My case manager was very prompt getting all information and documents that was required for my case. She was very responsive when any communication was required letting me know what was going on and to sit back and rest and let her do her job and to be patient and if it's anything needed please don't hesitate to contact her.while waiting for this lawsuit to process. I worked for this firm for several years until I moved. They worked a case for a family member. Here is what I liked about this law firm. First more than one attorney is involved in the cases. During the lunch hour the firm paid for our lunch so we spent time meeting on cases. They wanted there clients to have good medical treatment so they worked with qualified specialist to get the right test and treatment. There is no voice mail. Rather than settling a case without pushing the insurance companies they would file lawsuits where most law firms don't. This is important as the insurance companies know who will stand up to them and who want. This happened in my family members case. When the litigation department in the firm filed a lawsuit after a low offer the case then settled for policy limits. They had a saying that if you followed there instructions you would win. If you didn't you would have a problem case. I enjoyed the work and learned a lot about injury law.
