I contacted James about helping go after a creditor that was falsely reporting and damaging my credit. I had to remind him to call me just to go over the details of my story, then he said he would touch base with me in a few days after he did some research. Those few days came and went and James did not contact me, i then reached out to him via email to follow up, heard nothing for a few days so i called and was sent to his vmail. I left he a message for him to return my call and if he just didn't have time to take on my case to at least let me know, a week has pasted and he never contacted me in any way. My case would have been minimal effort and he couldn't even be bothered to let me know he didn't want to take my case. Extremely unprofessional, very glad we never got far enough to have to pay him.
