Jerry helped me with the sale of my Veterinary practice. It was a very tedious 50 page contract and he handled all the issues with grace and his peerless humor. He was also a favorite client of mine, along with his lovely wife Jennifer, who my staff would always schedule my last appointment of the day because I enjoyed their company so much. Unfortunately Jerry is more concerned about his cut of the money than his clients. He is not a good enough attorney to win at trial so he uses questionable tactics and trickery to abuse his clients trust and take the majority stake for himself after doing next to nothing. The magazine on his desk that says he is a top lawyer is a prop that he had made himself. It's all smoke and mirrors. You have been warned!
