Finding an attorney you can trust is no easy task. Price, how hard will they work, what will happen if it everything goes south? I researched the internet, I called some super connectors in Austin and I asked some of the best locals I know. Out of the 30 or so I researched, compared to my recommended list it was clearly between 3 attorneys. I went and met with them all and the decision was easily made after meeting Josh Saegert. He is brilliant, confident, warm-hearted and has a gift with people, strategy and debate. He is a winner and a leader who proved to me how talented he is. He's not the least expensive in town, but you really do get what you pay for with Josh. To this point, I had to attend a required class to help my case. Out of the 20 or so people in the class, I had the least out of pocket expenses after all was done. I had one of the best outcomes possible. I would retain/recommend Josh for any criminal matter. In fact, I have referred him a couple friends/employees who all were very happy with their experiences. If you do find yourself in a criminal situation, follow instructions to the letter and save copies of everything. You want to get out of the system as fast as possible. On a good note, Josh Saegert and the fine jurors of Austin have given me faith that there are still people who care and want to help.
