Mr. Dutton rocked!!! At first I was leery about working with them. The receptionist had an attitude. She wouldn’t transfer my calls and was flat out rude. Mr. Dutton however , was WONDERFUL!!!! He explained the case and what we could to in the future. We went to court and WON!!!! I would absolutely ,recommend this firm.

I would never recommend this law firm Stuart Muroff is apparently the busiest lawyer in the world who would not hold the phone because I was on another call when he called me and I asked him to give me 2 minutes and he claimed he didn't have time! As a potential new client I find that to be absurd and because of him alone I would never use or recommend this law firm at all! This man apparently thinks he is better than us small folk because he is a lawyer! He apparently does not know there are plenty of workers compensation law firms on Long Island! The response is a downright lie I never left Stuart Muroff on hold for 30 minutes it was 5 minutes due to a work call that I told him I had to take! He hung up after 2 minutes and I called back and he would not take my call at that time. I called back the next day and when he called I was on the other line and answered because I missed a call earlier from him earlier when i asked Stuart to hold he caught an attitude and his exact words were "I don't have time to wait on hold again" I explained that I answered because I did not want to miss his call and I apologized to him and he said again "I am not waiting on hold for 5 minutes again" I responded with then I will find another Compensation Lawyer that he was not the only one in Nassau County he hung up! So just tells you the type of firm this is it's apparent even the head lawyer is a liar! As you can see by his response! My advice is if they treated me this way you can be next! Go elsewhere!

I commend the firm for your employee, Ms. Christabell, who comes to the phone each time I call and answers all my questions. She is certainly an asset to your firm.

I had a COVID WC case that was handled by Maureen Agurto with the help of Sharlene Shafeek. All I can say is thank you very much for all the job done. I deeply appreciate how easy it was made for me to understand all the steps of the process. I was given the kind of attention that one can give to a friend or a family. It came along with all the necessary help, bits of advice, instructions, informational and emotional support, documentation processing, communication, and updates. I truly don't know if it could have been done better. Everyone in the office demonstrated professionalism, was respectful and made me feel taken care of. If you in a search of a reference, I recommend this practice with all my heart. Great people, strong professionals, great competence, perfect communication, what else one can wish for?
