My case was not resolved. The team would not follow up with you, they do not care about result. The thing is they would tell you it is 80% chance to get your account back to life to get your money. Also, as I understand they work with people who are located in russia that`s why responses, in my case, were with delays. Another thing, they were asked me additional explanation about my case-))) it is so unprofessional because I already sent all my previously written appeals. In case they read it they would not ask me. Avoid. Do not waste your money.
I have contacted them via phone and from the first moment they showed great availability, professionalism and a great know how. Had multiple accounts reinstated after 6+ months of continued back and forth/appeals to Amazon. Had essentially lost hope before things were finally resolved and it is due to the diligence of their staff. Would definitely recommend!
