I had a CPS case open, but as soon as I got Dr Connell on my case. It is now closed. The team that works with this Dr Connell are very professional and friendly. The team hears what the parents and their concerns about the child. And will proceed accordingly with a plan to help the entire family. I’m so irritated and tired of my prescriptions never getting sent in. This happens every.single.appointment. Literally. I have to call multiple times with multiple reminders to send my prescription in, sometimes it can take weeks. Absolutely ridiculous. I have called and complained multiple times about this issue, something needs to be done about this! G.Dixon is my prescriber!
