Stay away from this Law Firm, you need to read this. One of their Real Estate Attorney's was supposedly helping our property dispute, we had an agreement between both parties on the property purchase and we had a 45 day rate lock on the interest rate and we begged and warned him on multiple emails that we needed them to sign the purchase agreement by a certain date or we lose the rate lock and the loan application will be dropped by the lender, sure enough no response and the next day he says you have plenty of time, wrong he though the rate lock means you can start the escrow process within 45 days, he didn't even know that the 45 day rate lock means the loan needs to close before day 45 of the rate lock period. He stated he's been doing for 35 years, he also does not call people when he promises his client he will(and the interest rate lock was 3.125% and within two weeks same loan went up to 4% so now the applicant won't qualify).
Fred Corbalis was unable to satisfy my questions. I was told to upload my trust and to bring in my original. We were suppose to go over the trust. When I got there he had not looked at my trust, he wanted another $625- to read the trust. The conversation was a 3 ring circus because of his lack of knowledge. He overbilled me on the time I was there. You are wasting your time and your money if you choose Fred Corbalis.
We needed to consult a lawyer regarding a commercial tenant and so I tried calling SWCG because they seemed knowledgeable. I called three times and never received a call back. I spoke with the secretary who stated I needed to speak with "Roxy." I left messages with her but never heard back from these people. I gave up and went elsewhere but the lawyer was an hour away. Kind of glad I did because he helped me quite a bit. I can't believe how unprofessional SWCG is. If you couldn't or didn't want to take my case, at least call. I needed help and SWCG definitely was not there for me. Would never recommend these people
Outstanding!!! I cannot recommend this firm highly enough. Over the past 10+ years we have worked with several attorneys there and they all are highly skilled, professional, and exhibit the highest integrity.
