I worked with Michelle to purchase my first home and had incredible service. She was professional and timely each step of the way. We had several issues with the first accepted offer we received and Michelle supported and consulted with us each step of the way, ultimately leading us to walk away from that purchase and end up with an even better home in the end. She went above and beyond and I would highly recommend working with her.

I’m reviewing this law firm as I was a client when purchasing my first home. I don’t want to get into too many details but due dilligence was not done and I almost lost 1/2 of my property. After payment I was told that she represents the lender and not me. I was unaware of the difference but I found out that it means I had issues with payments regarding my taxes, my P&S, and the seller coming after me for the deed. I was told at signing everything was all included in my mortgage payment. Unfortunately, Michelle left out 1/2 my property in the purchase and sales so it did not go in the loan. Then her office asked if I would sign back over the deed to 1/2 my property as it was “an accident” that it was sold to me in the first place. Very bad experience and people need to be aware what kind of people you are dealing with. You will be told “she does not represent you” and “why am I responsible for your windfall” well Michelle because you should have done the details correctly.

I have purchased my primary home with this office and the service was wonderful. Very grateful for all the good suggestion provided by the attorney she helped us understand everything we were signing and what to look out for as new homeowner. I recommend to all my friends for real estate.

Great team, they took the time to explain purchase and sales agreement and closing was a breeze.

If I could rate 0 stars I would. This is the most unprofessional lady that I had ever met. Because of her negligence and her lack of communication, we lost half of our deposit. She was very rude when we met in person and had documents that belonged to another person. I wouldn't recommend this person.
