I have recommended attorneys to colleagues but I would never recommend Mark Bluver to anyone who is in need of even a mediocre attorney.He sings a great song when he is talking about himself, charges an astronomical amount of money but delivers nothing. Don't waste your time or your money. There are plenty of qualified competent attorneys out there. He isn't one.
