I had a couple of situations that I needed a lawyer to help me with. I contacted Mr. Ivey's law office regarding my issues. I was appointed Jackie Murphy to represent me as my lawyer on both of my cases. Jackie is very pleasant, personable, & a knowledgeable trial lawyer. We handled one case at a time as the cases were not related. Both cases went to trial. I'm pleased & grateful to say that Jackie took care of me as we won both cases back to back. Only a month apart from one trial case to the other! I highly recommend Jackie Murphy as I am a repeat client. I have since referred Jackie to a couple of close friends of mine already.

Marques has done so much for my family! I don't even have the words to thank him. He has gone above and beyond to ensure that we understand everything. If I ask him to call me, he always does. He always responds to my texts and takes time out of his busy schedule to visit my loved one in jail to make sure he knows everything that is going on with his case. Meeting Marques was truly a blessing and I'm so glad we have him to help us during the time. Thank you Marques!!!

I recently contacted Marques Ivey in regards to a divorce. In making a long story short, I was supposed to call with information regarding my husband and his potential legal marriage to another woman. He told me he would tell his receptionist( I think her name is Carol) about me but when I called she didn't know anything about me. I explained to her all the information. She then said she would tell him the information and would call me back. I also mentioned that Marques informed me that he dosen't really do divorces anymore. I then asked her to ask him if he is still willing to take my case. She said she would and call back, I heard nothing. I then left a message saying I no longer wanted their services since I could not get a response from them. I never received an apology! This is poor service and a waste of my time!

Marques has handled a few cases for my family. Everything from traffic tickets to contract disputes to wills. I have gone to him for the past 8 years with various types of situations. He is very professional and knowledgable. The thing that sticks out most to me is that even if he does not know it, he will either research it or refer you to someone that does know the issue. The only "problem" is that he is busy and it is sometimes hard to get a hold of him, which is why is says email him. That will get quickest response.

Our family highly recommends Marques Ivey and Jackie Murphy. They are great representation and were thorough in representing the case and we took it to trial and won. Jackie was amazing at trial and proved my child’s innocence. Let me just add how she checks in on our family!!!!
