Meeting Mary through a friend she was representing, she left an impression on me! The way she was so thorough & FOUGHT for my friend- made me know if I ever needed an attorney, I would be calling her. Down the road I had to call and hire Mary myself; I was very young at the time & pretty clueless. She met with me, and we went through every detail. She never made me question her loyalty,& to this day I would still recommend her- or hire her if needed! She isn’t fake, and will shoot you straight. She’s not afraid of a fight and won’t back down. Not a good attorney at all. They took payment and didn't have an attorney to show up for court per a conversation the day before the court date. I should have googled tge review before payment was issued. They will not give the money back. Her arrest records speaks for my review and along with all the other reviews that have been posted. The only reason 1 star was given is because of the pleasant way the secretary told me I would not get my money back for my daughters ticket court date that was not handled by the law office of Mary Rogers.

Any review you read stating this lady is a great choice is a bald face lie. Mary is a drunk who does not show up to court! The Mecklenburg County court is allowing this woman to show up to represent people while intoxicated and acting belligerent. Language slurred and blurting foul language while in the court of law. I know a guy who paid her 3yrs ago for a simple shut and close case and she couldn’t even make the court dates. Mary never returned his calls, or emails and else ended up being appointed a Public Defender.

Attorney Rogers will always get the job done! She spent time as a DA before she opened her own practice and I could definitely tell with both cases I hired her for. She’s an expert when it comes to law, she knows her stuff and will fight for you. If you are looking for an attorney that won’t back down easily and will be aggressive, look no further! She’s your woman.
