If I could I will give this company 0 stars. I got into an automobile accident back in 2015 and guess what? I never received any sort of settlement ever. They just completely stopped keeping in touch with me and I got so tired of calling every week just to be given the same run around I had been getting. Not kidding, this went on for years!!! I eventually gave up with them. If you are looking for a sign to choose a different firm, let this be it. Stay away!!!!

So first and foremost ms. Rhonda Is so AMAZING... she is the absolute only reason that I am even providing stars. She takes her time and builds a nice business relationship with all of her clients she will definitely go above and beyond to help you and walk you through every step that’s going on so that you are definitely in the loop and know everything that is going on. She has helped me with every case. I appreciate you so much and you are definitely the reason I have even returned this many times. If it wasn’t for Rhonda I would’ve found someone else to do my case! The person who was supposed to be handling my case took off so much I don’t even see how she’s still there! Every other week she wasn’t in the office and Rhonda came in and saved the day. They better hope she doesn’t wise up and go where she’s appreciated because the professionalism is only seen by one individual! Experience was not good at all. I would call and get the same answers for three years. I would leave message not get a call back. Waited almost 4yrs to be told case could not go any further so after almost 4yrs I get nothing. That stung. I will not be recommending this firm to no one. I am in need of an attorney now but I will look elsewhere. I wanted to support this firm but I won't. This is not an attack on the workers here I did talk to some pleasant ones not their fault but this is not a good firm to go to at all. I was wondering what I could do now since they drop the ball on this one.

They got my settlement check a whole year before informing me. They also never discussed an offer with me, they just settled without my consent. Why they held my check that long I'm not sure. Also they never call back like they say they will. You try to support your own community and they the ones who handle the worst business. They send you to a fake pain management facility who charge you even if you stop going. Dont do business with them go the other way.
