We hired Mr. Virdone to guide us through the Medicaid process for our mother which is very complicated. He was always available to answer our many questions which I appreciated. He spent hours explaining the process, organizing our documents and advising us. He's also very patient and extremely knowledgeable. We were approved for Medicaid in record time and we were extremely grateful. My family and I would highly recommend him.

I presented my case (religious divorce) to John and was very clear about all details regarding my situation. He gave me very big hopes and promised success until we signed a retainer and he received money. Then he assigned my case to less experienced lawyers or paralegals. My case was given to Mrs Ferdusi who made fatal mistake after I corrected her and asked her to remove part that is not accurate before filing the case. She still filled original, wrong version that caused me at the end to loose my case. I blame John for not overseeing his assistants but let them to do these fatal mistakes. Contacted John regarding the mistake and his answer was “you can correct is during the trial” I lost fate and trust right there and then and informed them that I was taking my case elsewhere. Instead of being understanding and supportive John send me a bill for “constructive trust studding “ which was not even filled for. Constructive trust was just mentioned as an option in case we do not succeed in divorce case. He jus took opportunity to get some money because I had to pay whatever he charges me in order to get my file released Not ethical and not legal move. Will never recommend this attorney to anyone.
