It has been a tremendous blessing from God to have met Ms.Parva Fattahi, whom we considered as one of the best immigration lawyers. She responded to our needs in an extremely timely manner, very knowledgeable, a trustworthy person and is very committed to her clients. She helped us navigate our way through the complex immigration system to help my husband acquire his long awaited US immigration residency ( green card ). I am extremely disappointed with the services provided by this immigration lawyer. After keeping my file for a year without any progress or updates, the lawyer finally submitted it, and charged me the full price for their services. However, despite the strong case that we had and the lawyer's guarantee that my case would be accepted within 6 months, my file was ultimately rejected. I tried to contact them multiple times to inquire about the status of my case, but received no communication or assistance. It was frustrating and left me feeling helpless. To add insult to injury, the lawyer's solution to the rejection was to advise me to apply again, with no accountability or acknowledgment of their lack of responsiveness and failure to deliver on their promises. This was a waste of my time, money, and effort. I trusted this immigration lawyer with my case, but their lack of professionalism, responsiveness, and inability to deliver on their promises has left me in a difficult situation. I would not recommend this lawyer to anyone seeking reliable and effective legal assistance with their immigration matters. It has been a frustrating and disappointing experience, and I regret choosing this lawyer for my case.

Parva was a great help to me and my husband during our process to apply for change of status and obtain a permanent green card. She led us through the process with a straight forward nature but remained respectful. Our process took just over 3 years and she was always communicating with us and answering our questions on what we could do while waited for our approval.

Thanks to Fattahi immigration law, my greens card was approved I reached out to Parva when I was weighing my options for green card. And let me tell you, she explained all my options and we ended up going with NIW. Parva took the time to explain the whole process of an NIW to me (when to apply, how to apply ,EAD, my dépendant application…), she knows all the ins and outs of immigration law and keeps up to date with all the changes that are happening. And on top of all that, she is really responsive to emails. If you are looking for a lawyer to file your green card, Parva is the way to go and you won’t regret it.

I am disappointed with Ms. Parva Fattahi's work. I signed agreement and paid the first half of the attorney's fees in August 2022, but it has been more than 7 months and my NIW case has not yet been filed. She has repeatedly postponed filing. The first time, she planned to file it in December 2022, then by the end of January, and most recently, by the end of February or beginning of March. However, as of the middle of March, there is still no filing. A friend of mine started working on the same type of case (NIW) with a different attorney at a different company in late October 2022, and her NIW case has already been filed and sent to USCIS at the end of January 2023. If I had known that my case would be postponed this often, I would have avoided hiring this attorney.
