8 YEARS LATER, I attempted to use Kelley as an attorney. Well 8 years later I had completely forgotten about him, due to the fact that he did NOTHING for me. As it turns out, I received a letter from the VA and it stated that I could be held liable to pay him if I was awarded ANY benefits (monetary) from VA. ***** 8 YEARS LATER ************** This is a SHARK !

I was denied veterans benefits and disability benefits. Mike turned this around and won! It was not quick but his efforts were successful. I liked that I did not have to come up with a retainer to have him work on my case. I felt he really cared and that helped.

Michael has been outstanding he got me ssdi and va disability then went on to get me service connected. We had an appeal hearing at the hearing Mike was amazing he knew more about me than I knew about my self. Needless to say we won the appeal. He doesn't give up he fights for more and more. I would have no problem to refer him to anyone especially a veteran.

Terrible lawyer! He did not appeal my cases costing me a lot of back pay. I had to file new claims because of him. He never returns calls. I'd suggest you use somebody else. I would recommend using the DAV. They're free. He also lets claims take as much time as possible. So he gets a bigger share of the money.
