I created a claim on May 1, 2024 (Wednesday) to get help with my software being pirated. I followed up on Friday May 3rd promising me someone will call me back. Someone called Monday morning but I missed it and tried to call back which was promised someone will call me back. It is now Tuesday May 7th and I gave up. I ended up cancelling my Legal Shield membership. If I can’t trust a lawyer to call me back within 8 business hours what good are they? My case is urgent someone pirated my software hello!!! I ended up writing my own DCMA take down and it is resolved within hours by myself.

Lousiest and laziest law firm. When I finally received a call back days after requesting a consult about a breach of contract by my gym, some country bumpkin of a lawyer called me back finally. He was unhelpful, rude cutting me off, dismissive, and just all around useless. I emailed a request to legalshield to cancel my membership same day because of these useless parasites leaving a bad taste in my mouth. I'm only putting 1 star so that I can post this otherwise this would be a fat zero. DONT WASTE YOUR TIME OR MONEY ON THEM OR LEGALSHIELD

I was assigned Ross and Matthews PC as my provider firm with a legal insurance program (LegalShield). They have been so responsive and very good with feedback when I need legal advice on a very wide range of legal topics. The assigned lawyer (Andrew Stasio) for my last contract review was able to find something I missed, and when I ran it through an AI legal program, it also missed it. So, I'm very happy and feel lucky that this is my assigned law firm for the program.

I have been a member for over 10 years. My husband paid $15 to have a letter delivered via certified mail, and it was never delivered. Garrick A. Farria of counsel told him that the address was incorrect, and to come up to the office and pick the letter up and deliver it himself. What was the purpose of paying $15 if we were going to deliver it ourselves?!?! This is the worst experience that I've ever encountered with Ross & Matthews. They are LAZY & UNPROFESSIONAL. I will be cancelling my services with them.

We would like to acknowledge Mr J. Swanson. My wife and I are very happy with the service he has provided (through Legalshield). Having dealt with 2 other attorneys prior to Mr Swanson, we basically were left with no hope. Mr Swanson was not only more relatable and compassionate. He was very thorough with the legal side of things in this matter and took action, while keeping his position and professionalism as an attorney. We now have a clearer picture and hope! Thank you Mr Swanson... and Ross & Matthews.
